Jordan Greenberger
Jordan Greenberger focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Businesses and individuals from a wide range of industries have trusted Jordan to protect their interests and guide them through the legal process.
Jordan is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University (2007), where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in intellectual property law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004).
Jordan is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey, and has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property law, entertainment law, and commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Jordan has represented a diverse range of clients, has successfully litigated numerous complex cases in state and federal courts and in various arbitration forums, and has negotiated favorable settlements in countless others.
Prior to co-founding Firestone Greenberger PLLC, Jordan managed his own law practice (J. Greenberger, PLLC); and before that, he was an associate attorney in the litigation and intellectual property departments of a highly respected New York City law firm (Moses & Singer LLP).
Jordan is also an active and peer-recognized member of the legal community. He has presented and lectured at industry events, published numerous articles, and is a member of various professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, the New York City Bar Association’s copyright committee, and the Copyright Society of the USA.
